Billiard Tables Exhibition in New York

Last opportunity to see antique billiard tables and other rare billiards items at the National Arts Club in New York City. The rare billiard tables date back to late 19th century until early 20th century will be exhibited until March 30. The special exhibition was contributed by Blatt Billiards that celebrates its 85th anniversary this year.

The unique exhibition features some of the world's most precious billiard tables including a handcrafted pool table from the 1820 designed in Charles X-style, special pool cues designed by the top contemporary cue artists in America and other billiard memorabilia. The exhibition is curated by Victor Stein, who authored the Billiards Encyclopedia and it will open to the wide public everyday from 12 to 6 PM until March 30, 2008.

Blatt Billiards own one of the largest collection of historic billiard tables. For the celebration of their 85th anniversary, they present the special exhibition with some of their rarest findings, intending to expose the crowd of pool fans billiards equipment history and development during the last centuries.
